Introduction and Applicability

Account Registration
To create an account on 355 bet, the user must meet the following conditions:
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
- Only one account is permitted per user. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verifiable and belong to the user.
- It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
2.1 Updating Information
If any personal information changes (such as a mobile number, bank account, or bKash number), the user must notify 355 bet's support team immediately. 355 bet is not responsible for any payment delays or other issues arising from outdated information.
2.2 Account Security
If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact 355 bet through its support channels immediately. 355 bet will not be held responsible for any loss of account information or funds resulting from the user's own negligence.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
355 bet reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification.
3.1 Document Submission
Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. If a user submits false information or forged documents, the account will be permanently closed and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
3.2 One Account, One Identity
Only one account may be opened using a given national identity card or passport number. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same identity document, all associated accounts will be closed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 355 bet:
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Users must deposit only from a payment account or bank account registered in their own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals

- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless circumstances differ.

4.3 Payment Verification

5.2 Other Promotions
- 355 bet Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳200, up to ৳10,000; wagering requirement 20×.
- 355 bet Slot Festival Bonus: 75% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳200 for slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement 25×.
- 355 bet Cricket Deposit Boost: 60% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳200 for cricket events, up to ৳12,000; wagering requirement 18×.
- Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000; wagering requirement 10×.
- Refer a Friend: Up to ৳3,000 for a successful referral; wagering requirement 15×.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- A bonus is not cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
- Each bonus may be claimed once only (the reload bonus applies on a weekly basis).
- If any fraud or misuse related to a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- 355 bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on 355 bet:
6.1 Bet Settlement
In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount is generally refunded. For multi-bets where a selection is cancelled, that selection will be treated as odds of 1.00. The decision of 355 bet's management is final in settling results.
6.2 Technical Errors
If incorrect odds, bonuses, or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 355 bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or transaction. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.
6.3 Live Casino and Slots
The game provider's own rules (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, etc.) also apply to live casino games and slots. If a connection is lost while a game round is in progress, the result will be determined according to the game server logs.
6.4 Maximum Payout
355 bet reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit for a single bet or game round. In the case of unusually large wins, 355 bet may verify the result before processing the payout.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 355 bet platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing opposing bets to obtain a bonus (arbitrage betting).
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
- Colluding with other users to influence game results.
- Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources through the platform.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors on the platform.
- Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Harassing or insulting other users.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by 355 bet
355 bet may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of the terms and conditions.
- Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
- Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
- To protect the security of the account.
8.2 Closure by the User
If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request through 355 bet's live chat or email support. All ongoing wagering requirements must be completed before the account is closed. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.
8.3 Funds in a Closed Account
If the account is not closed due to a breach of the terms, the remaining balance from the user's own deposits (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In the case of a terms breach, all funds may be forfeited.
